1. What utilities or software do I need to use this product? You will need to be able to listen to mp3 audios, view swf videos and read pdf documents.  Most computers will already have these.  If your computer does not:  Here is where you may download all of the things you need. Your computer should already have a program that allows you to unzip files.  Go to the zip file(s) where you have saved it (them) on your computer.  Click twice on the file.  That should automatically open the unzip program.
